Just Days Away!

Weather looks good for the weekend. All plans are in place. Arrangements have been made. We are going to have a great time!

Just a few reminders:

• In this highly-charged political season, let's please focus on friends and friendships.
• If you are coming to the banquet on Saturday (6pm-10pm) the dress code is business casual, jackets, no denim, ties optional.
• If you are coming to the picnic on Sunday (12pm to 5pm), please bring sides, drinks, chairs, and something to grill if you don't like hot dogs. ALSO, bring musical instruments for making music!

The Algonquin has a dress code for our Saturday night banquet. Many of you have asked, and you can find it listed on www.algonquingolfclub.com, but I list it here for your convenience.

• Men should wear business, or business casual, attire.
• After 5:00 p.m., jackets are required (tie optional) for gentlemen 16 years and older, in the Foyer, Living Room, Vestibule, and Main Dining Room. Members and their guests not wearing jackets after 5:00 p.m. should use the informal entry door to the left of the main
entrance.
• Jackets are optional at any time in the Wine Room, Main Bar and Top of the Green.
• Comparable appropriate club attire for women.
• Not permitted: dress denim or blue jeans, shorts, athletic attire/shoes.

Cups and T-Shirts

Last chance to order commemorative Class Reunion Cups and T-Shirts! Place your order by September 16 and pick them up at either the Meet and Greet on Friday, the banquet on Saturday, or the picnic on Sunday. Click on the WGHS Class Store button and order yours today!

Registration is Open!

Registration for 50th Reunion events is open now until September 1st! The button on the left makes it so easy. Once you are on the registration page, just click on all the events you would like to participate in. This will give us a count so we can accommodate everyone at the events on October 4, 5, and 6.

Many of the events are free, thanks to generous donations from classmates. You can pay for Saturday's lunch and dinner either by credit card through the registration page, or by sending a check payable to

Thanks to those classmates who have already contributed to make this reunion happen. Through their generosity we are able to offer some free events and off-set costs for others to make the reunion accessible to all classmates.

2:00-? Nine holes of Golf at Creve Coeur Golf Course, 11400 Olde Cabin Rd, Creve Coeur, MO 63141
4:00-5:00 High School Tour, Senior Entrance
6:00-10:00 Meet and Greet at Llewelyn's Pub in Webster
7:00-10:00 Baker Symes and Margo Petracek will perform their tribute to James Taylor and Carole King at the Hwy 61 Roadhouse in Webster. You can attend both Llewelyn's and the Roadhouse, but if you want to go to the Roadhouse, you should call ahead to reserve a table for dinner, even if you decide not to go. It can get very crowded.

Saturday 10/05

10:00-11:30 Come see Mike Long's award-winning animation and other short films. Sverdrup building, Webster University. (See map)
11:30-1:00 Lunch at Imo's in Webster, 8115 Big Bend Blvd
1:00-3:00 School Bus Tour. Visit new construction and old haunts           
6:00-11:00 Dinner and Drinks at Algonquin Golf Club

12:00-5:00 Potluck Picnic at Blackburn Park
